Players Scavenger Hunt 2012 - Find Your Identity!What's this you ask? Something different?YES!
Players Theatre Company is excited to host a fundraiser of mega proportions for our first show of the year, 'Identity'!
We are looking for teams of 2 - 5 to register at Fleigner Hall on Friday 27th January at 7.30pm, to then spend the next 39 odd hours scavenging their way to the finish line, at Jells Park, Sunday 29th January 11am.There will be a list of things to get, activities to complete, and fun to be had by all. There is an optional social gathering on the Saturday night for people to chill out and catch up. Everyone and anyone is welcome to put a team together to enter. Haven't seen your partner all week? Drag them along with you - automatic team! Grandma wants to see the kids more often? Kill 2 birds with one stone and invite her along!Don't stress if you or someone in your group can't spend the whole weekend hunting. We get it, people have lives! But the best part is your team may split up at any point, making this the perfect activity for all!We look forward to sharing this experience with you! Teams must be made up of 2-5 people.
A maximum of 2 Identity cast members only in a single team.
A minimum of 1 person NOT in the cast must be in each team - this is a fundraiser after all :)Registration Fees
$10 per team member
$40 for a team of $5Registration Night
Start – Friday 27th Jan, Fleigner Hall, Highland Ave, Oakleigh, 7:30-8:30
Registration fees must be paid at the time of registration.
Not all team members have to be present at the time of registration.
Teams will receive their checklist and further information at the time of registration.Finish Line
All teams must have submitted their items by 11am on Sunday 29th Jan at Jells Park (enter via Ferntree Gully Road entrance), Wheelers Hill
Hang around and bring a picnic before final announcements at 1pm
If bad weather occurs, keep an eye on this Facebook event as the final destination may change to Fleigner Hall.Prizes
Prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and last
Judges reserve the right to award prizes for creativity.
Judges decision is final and and discussion will not be entered into.
